- products
Product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are as accurate as we can make them. Garment colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen display. Products are made to order; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any design at any time.
- prices & payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout via [payment provider]. Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared successfully.
- how a contract is formed
Placing items in your cart is not an offer of sale, and doesn’t reserve stock. Submitting an order is your offer to buy, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract between us is formed at that point — not when you place the order.
- delivery
We ship worldwide. See our Shipping & Returns page for current timelines. Risk in the goods (loss or damage) passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you provided.
- your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal right)
If you’re a consumer ordering from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To use this right, tell us within that 14-day window — email [contact email] with your order number, or use the model form below. You then have a further 14 days from that notice to send the goods back, at your own cost, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
You may handle and inspect the goods as you reasonably would in a shop. If they come back showing wear beyond that, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
Once we receive the returned goods (or valid proof you’ve sent them), we’ll refund you — including standard delivery cost — within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Exceptions: goods sealed for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned once unsealed.

- legal guarantee of conformity
Separately from any right of withdrawal, EU consumer law gives you a statutory guarantee against goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described — currently 2 years from delivery — regardless of any warranty period stated on a product page. Contact co*****@*****ee.shop to report a fault, with photos and your order number where possible.
- intellectual property
All bearlee designs, artwork, the bear mascot, wordmark, and site content belong to [legal trading name] and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproducing, reselling, or reusing bearlee designs or brand assets without written permission isn’t allowed.
- limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant item(s). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that can’t legally be excluded under EU or your local consumer law.
- governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence. A list of certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies is available via the European Commission’s consumer redress page: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are not currently obliged to, and don’t commit in advance to, resolve disputes through any specific alternative dispute resolution body — you retain full rights to bring a claim through the courts.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
